However, we do realize that some circumstances beyond our control may prohibit us from reaching our goal. To ensure your 100% satisfaction, we have created our Unlimited Revision policy.
Unlimited Revisions: You are allowed to revise your product an unlimited number of times. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Support within 30 days from the date you receive it and let us know how we can revise the product to meet your wishes.
To guarantee your 100% satisfaction we do ask that you provide us with a high resolution image, of 150dpi or higher for smaller sizes and 300dpi or higher for larger sizes.
Shipping: We personalize and deliver most items to arrive in 3 business days via the email address you supplied in your account area.
