HOW LONG ARE YOUR CONTRACTS?
There are no contracts. We make it simple to start — and stop — your service at any time.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT FOR MORE PAGES?
Yes, we offer discounts on up-front commitments of 5 or 10 pages.
DO YOU USE STOCK IMAGES OR CLIPART?
We do not use stock images for logo designs. However, for some book cover, poster, brochures, flyers, designs, clients may require some photographic images. Sometimes, it is easier and economical to acquire these images from a stock image company, than to try shooting them yourself.
STOCK IMAGES PAYMENT
Whenever stock images are used, we would require that you purchase the image, so that you own the license to use the image.
If stock images will be used in a project, our project manager will let you know before the project begins, and secure the legal right to use the images.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Designs typically take 5 business days. The first day is typically spent researching various concepts and ideas. The second and third day our designers begin their creative magic.
By the fourth and fifth day designers submit designs, and you get to give them feedback about what you like or dislike. After this, the designers will tweak your designs until you are satisfied.

HOW DO I GIVE FEEDBACK TO THE DESIGNERS?
Send us an email support@waeva.com. This is the most important and productive way of leaving feedback, as it allows you to interact with the designers and provide guidance.
Tell designers if their design is going in the right direction, and how they can improve their submission.
Additionally, all communication is logged and tracked by our support system to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
HOW DO I CANCEL SERVICE?
Canceling is an easy and no-questions-asked process. Just send us an email here, we will cancel your plan. You get to keep whatever pages you paid for.
HOW CAN I CHECK THAT THE DESIGNERS WORK IS 100% ORIGINAL?
Try a reverse image search engine such as TinEye . This will look for similar images on the web. You can also upload the image to Google’s image search .
