No. All of our plans include our fully-managed cloud hosting, ensuring your website remains available at all times.

 

 

 

CAN I DOWNLOAD THE WEBSITE?

No. Your site is a fully-managed web service. We do not have plans to make a downloadable version. 

 

 

 

HOW DO I ACCEPT PAYMENTS?

Payments can be integrated with most merchants e.g.  Paypal. You can sign up for an account with any merchant of your choice in minutes and begin accepting payments immediately. 

 

 

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PROCESS PAYMENTS ?

 

While we do not charge transaction fees on purchases, the payment processor you signed up with may charge a low, market rate for processing charges.

HOW DO I CANCEL SERVICE?

 

Canceling is an easy and no-questions-asked process. Just send us an email here , we will cancel  your plan.

 

 

DO YOU OFFER EMAIL ACCOUNTS?

 

Yes. However, we recommend that you purchase your email separately so that you will have total ownership of your emails. You can purchase email accounts via our partners like Hostmonster or Google and more. Learn more about our partnerships here.

 

 

 

DO YOU SELL DOMAINS?

Yes. However, we recommend that you purchase a domain, so that you will have total ownership of your domain name.  You can purchase a domain from some of our trusted partners here.
